L’Atelier des Boucheries Nivernaises is the latest addition to the Boucheries Nivernaises group. Established in 2015 in L’Haÿ-les-Roses, this facility exclusively serves professional clients, including hoteliers and restaurateurs in Ile de France, other provinces, and overseas.
