Takumi beef is an exceptional product resulting from the cross between Japanese Wagyu—renowned for its remarkable marbling—and several French beef breeds such as Normande, Aubrac, Limousin, and Montbéliarde.

Raised in Haute-Garonne by the Vaccari family, this beef reflects unique expertise and a true passion for genetics. Behind this project, Céline, her brother Fabrice, and their longtime friend Brice combined their knowledge to create a meat that brings together finesse, tenderness, and character.

Guidelines

Remove the meat from the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking and take it out of the vacuum packaging so it can return to room temperature for more even cooking. After cooking, let it rest for a few minutes under aluminum foil to preserve the juices.
