Take the meat out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
Heat a pan without oil and sear the patties for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness.
Lightly toast the buns in a pan or in the oven for extra flavor.
