This board is made from untreated and unvarnished wood. Its only protection is grape seed oil, which we recommend applying regularly to maintain its beauty and longevity.
Maintenance Tips:
The wood of this board, light and vibrant, particularly here in oak, will absorb traces of your preparations. If you use it daily, as we hope you do, you will see its appearance change: it will develop a patina and slightly stain over time.
