If you have leftover cooked porcini mushrooms, you can store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container. They usually keep for a few days.
Before reheating, you can drain some of the duck fat to prevent them from being too greasy. Keep a bit of fat for cooking as it adds a lot of flavor. At the end of cooking, add chopped fresh parsley for extra flavor. Stir for an additional minute to incorporate the flavors.
