Improve your cooking experience by letting your meat reach room temperature. Remove it from the fridge 30 minutes to an hour before you start cooking. In the meantime, consider opening the vacuum-sealed bag to let your meat breathe. Vacuum-sealed packaging is intended for extended preservation
We offer you some suggestions for preparing our products:
– Chicken drumsticks: Marinate them with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme flowers, and Espelette pepper.
– Hanger steak cubes: These very tender cuts are cubed, perfect for skewers.
– Leg of lamb cubes: These are cuts from the leg of lamb cubed, ideal for skewers.
A little tip: You can mix things up by combining lamb and beef on the same skewer along with peppers, cherry tomatoes, and onions. This will allow you to make delicious mixed skewers.
– Fresh Pork Ribs, Country of Origin France: Marinate in a blend of Tex-Mex spices, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Gently grill over a wood fire to caramelize.
