Our Bresse AOP Poulardes are prepared, trussed, and ready to cook. These poultry are raised in a free-range environment on grassy paths and finished in spruce for 161 days. Each bird has access to a minimum of 10 square meters of grassy path.
Bresse Poultry originates from the Gauloise or Bresse breed, specifically the white variety.
The selection, hatching, breeding, and slaughtering processes all take place exclusively in Bresse.
Allow your meat some time to warm up before you start cooking. Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes to an hour prior to cooking. This ensures a more even cooking process.
